Vintage copper Fog & Mørup Nova pendant (* sold)

Beautiful Danish vintage Nova pendant designed by Jo Hammerborg for Fog & Mørup. This mid century lamp is made out of solid copper and is in a really good and clean condition. The inside of the shades is lacquered in white and orange which creates a very nice soft and warm light.

Jo Hammerborg is one of the best known lamp designers from Denmark. He designed the Equator, Diskos, Corona and Kastor lamps but we think the Nova pendant is one of his best designs, especially because of the high quality of this lamp.

In the pictures the lamp doesn’t look as good as it does in real live, it is because of the reflections. At the middle shade there are a minimal signs of use due to the cleaning by the previous owner, when it is up on the ceiling you won’t see that of course.
